These terms govern the public website and inquiry process. Paid client services require a separate signed agreement addressing scope, fees, confidentiality, data, deliverables, term, cancellation, and liability.

Informational purpose

Website content is general information about Margevue and is not accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, investment, banking, lending, insurance, or other regulated professional advice.

No guarantee

Examples, projections, recommendations, and descriptions do not guarantee revenue, profit, savings, growth, financing, business survival, or any other outcome.

Information you submit

Visitors are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of information they submit. Please do not submit sensitive financial information, account credentials, or confidential documents through the general inquiry form. Clients receive an approved method for securely sharing business information when it is needed.

Intellectual property

The Margevue name, logos, brand elements, website copy, dashboard and report designs, graphics, templates, and original content are owned by Margevue or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, distributed, sold, scraped, or used to create competing materials without permission, except as permitted by law.

Permitted use

Visitors may view the website and download materials expressly offered for personal evaluation of Margevue services. No commercial reuse is granted.

Prohibited conduct

Do not interfere with the site, bypass security, submit malicious code, scrape at scale, impersonate others, violate law, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorized access.

Third-party services

The site may rely on independent hosting, form, email, or document services. Their availability and terms may apply separately.

Availability and changes

Margevue may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features and update these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The public site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
