Business Intelligence & Human Guidance

At Margevue, we notice more than numbers.
We notice you.

Behind every dashboard, report, recommendation, and conversation is a team committed to helping service-business owners understand what is happening, decide what to do next, and build stronger businesses through better-informed decisions.

  • An Executive Dashboard that shows the current picture
  • A monthly Executive Action Report reviewed by a person
  • Ongoing conversations, not a report that arrives and disappears

Why Margevue Exists

Every year, hardworking business owners make important decisions with incomplete information.

Not because they do not care. Not because they are not capable. Because no one takes the time to explain what their business is trying to tell them.

We started Margevue because we believe every hardworking service business deserves someone standing in their corner.

  • Someone who notices.
  • Someone who cares.
  • Someone who helps.

You’re not buying software.
You’re gaining someone who knows your business.

You receive more than technology. You gain a relationship with someone who takes the time to understand where your business is, where you want it to go, and what deserves your attention along the way.

We learn your story before we interpret your numbers.

Your goals, challenges, team, services, and history give the numbers their meaning.

You should not have to chase us.

Margevue is built around proactive follow-up, scheduled reviews, and clear ownership of next steps.

Your best month should not go unnoticed.

When something works, we explain why so you can protect or repeat it.

Business is hard enough. You should not have to figure it out alone.

During difficult months, we help you separate the noise from the next decision.

A dashboard doesn’t grow your business.
Better decisions do.

Everything Margevue provides is designed to turn business information into clarity, direction, and useful action.

Executive Dashboard

Executive Action Report

Executive Dashboard

Your business, clearly in view.

The Executive Dashboard brings the current picture into one place — performance, collections, margins, priorities, goals, and the observations that deserve a conversation.

  • See what changed.
  • Understand what matters.
  • Know the current priorities.
  • Reach the person helping you act on it.

Most software ends at the dashboard. Margevue starts there.

Most companies deliver reports.
We deliver conversations.

A report is only valuable if someone helps you understand it. Margevue stays involved through report reviews, check-ins, questions, follow-up, and planning for the month ahead.

How Margevue Works

Running a business is already demanding.
Understanding your numbers shouldn’t make it harder.

Margevue is designed to fit into the way you already work—not force you to learn another complicated system.

  1. Step 1 — Share Your Information

Share your business information in whatever format is easiest for you.

    • PDFs
    • QuickBooks exports
    • Spreadsheets
    • Screenshots
    • Photos
    • Typed notes
    • Financial statements
    • Job reports
    • Expense records

    No complicated setup.
    No required accounting software.

  2. Step 2 — We Organize & Analyze Everything

Our systems organize your information into a clear executive dashboard while we review it to understand what happened during the month.

Instead of simply displaying numbers, we look for trends, risks, opportunities, and the questions worth asking.

Items that are uncertain, incomplete, or unusually significant are flagged for human review rather than silently assumed.

  3. Step 3 — Receive Your Executive Dashboard & Report

    You’ll receive:

    • An Executive Dashboard updated as new information is submitted and reviewed
    • A monthly Executive Action Report
    • Clear explanations—not just charts
    • Prioritized recommendations
    • Goals and progress tracking

Everything is designed to help you understand not only what happened, but what to do next.

  4. Step 4 — Review Together

Your report isn’t the end of the process.
It’s the beginning of the next month.

We’ll review your report, answer your questions, discuss your priorities, and help you decide on your next steps.

Because better decisions are made through conversation—not just software.

Why I Started Margevue

Starting a business isn’t the hard part.
Keeping it alive is.

Geovanie Joseph-Velasquez, Founder of Margevue, speaking on stage with a microphone.
Geovanie Joseph-Velasquez — Founder, Margevue

Over the years, I’ve watched countless people take the leap and build businesses around something they genuinely loved. They had the skills, the determination, and the courage to bet on themselves.

But I kept hearing the same thing.

“The finances are the hardest part.”

Not because they weren’t capable.
Not because they weren’t willing to work.
Because understanding business finance isn’t something most business owners ever have the opportunity to study in depth.

We’re taught math.
We’re taught English.
We’re taught science.

But very few people are ever taught how to understand the financial story behind a business.

It’s a skill that often has to be learned outside the classroom—through years of study, experience, and countless hours dedicated to understanding how businesses grow, struggle, and succeed.

Dreams don’t usually fail because of a lack of hard work.
Sometimes they struggle because the owner never had the financial knowledge or guidance needed to make confident decisions.

Most people don’t start a business because they dream of becoming accountants.
They start one because they dream of building something meaningful.

I don’t believe hardworking business owners should have to carry that burden alone.

That’s why I built Margevue.

Not to replace your accountant.
Not to replace your bookkeeper.
Not to sell another dashboard.

I built it to help business owners better understand their numbers, make more informed decisions, and spend more time building the business they set out to create.

What I Believe

I chose to dedicate my own time to studying Finance, Economics, and International Business because I wanted to understand what makes businesses succeed over the long term.

I also spent time learning multiple languages because I’ve always believed that knowledge is only valuable if it can be communicated clearly.

The goal of Margevue isn’t to expect every business owner to become a financial expert.
It’s to put someone in your corner who has dedicated years to studying business finance, so you can spend more of your time doing what inspired you to start your business in the first place.

You focus on building your business.
We’ll help you better understand the numbers behind it.

My Commitment

One of the biggest influences on how I built Margevue came from my dad.

He’s spent years building relationships through sales, and he taught me something I’ll never forget.

The sale should never be the end of the relationship.
It should be the beginning.

He’s always followed up with his clients—not because he had to, but because he genuinely cared about how things were going and wanted to help when he could.

He’s also taught me something from the customer’s perspective.
When someone sells you a product and disappears afterward, it rarely feels like they cared about anything beyond the transaction.

That lesson shaped the kind of company I wanted Margevue to become.

If you choose to work with Margevue, our commitment is simple:

We’ll strive to build a relationship that’s responsive, honest, and focused on helping you better understand your business over time.

You’ll have a dedicated point of contact who understands your business, follows up, answers your questions, and helps you make sense of the information in front of you.

Because we believe a report should never leave you wondering,
“What do I do next?”

Every dashboard.
Every report.
Every recommendation.
Every conversation.

Is designed with one purpose:

Helping you make more confident business decisions while you continue building the business you set out to create.

Because at Margevue…

We notice more than numbers.
We notice you.
